§ 01 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the kkkkk club website located at kkkkkclub.club and all associated services, games, and features offered by the platform (collectively, the "Services"). kkkkk club operates as an online casino and sports betting platform serving players in the Philippines.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (username and password). Account verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) is required before withdrawal requests can be processed. § 04 Deposits & Withdrawals

kkkkk club accepts deposits via the following methods: GCash, PayMaya, BDO bank transfer, BPI bank transfer, Metrobank transfer, USDT (TRC-20 and ERC-20), Bitcoin (BTC), and Ethereum (ETH). Minimum deposit amounts and processing times vary by payment method and are published in the Cashier section of the platform.

All deposits must originate from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits (i.e., deposits made from an account, wallet, or card not belonging to the registered player) are prohibited. kkkkk club reserves the right to reverse third-party deposits and to close accounts where third-party payment methods are identified.

Withdrawal requests are subject to successful KYC verification. Standard GCash and PayMaya withdrawal requests from fully verified accounts are processed within fifteen (15) to thirty (30) minutes during normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the recipient bank's clearing schedule. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are processed to the on-chain address provided and are subject to network confirmation times.

§ 05 Bonuses & Promotions

From time to time, kkkkk club offers bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published at the time of the promotion, including applicable wagering requirements, minimum odds, game restrictions, maximum withdrawal limits on bonus winnings, and expiry periods.

§ 06 Game Rules & Fair Play

• Creation of multiple accounts by the same individual (multi-accounting);

• Collusion with other players in any game mode where collusion can influence outcomes;
• Money laundering, fraud, or any use of the platform that facilitates or constitutes a criminal offence under Philippine law or applicable international law;

• Abuse, harassment, or threatening communications directed at kkkkk club staff or other players;
• Misrepresentation of identity, age, or location during registration or KYC verification.

§ 08 Responsible Gaming
